The Audi ML350 6-speed manual transmission was produced at Getrag from 2003 to 2005 and was installed only on the A4 B6 or A4 B7 models, paired with the 2.5-liter BDG diesel engine. This transmission only exists in a front-wheel drive version, codenamed 0A1.

Disadvantages of the VW ML350 gearbox
- This is a fairly reliable, but very rare, transmission;
- Active owners quickly wear out the synchronizers in the first two gears;
- Additionally, with overly aggressive driving, the clutch will need to be replaced every 80,000 km;
- After 200,000 km, the rather expensive dual-mass flywheel may begin to knock;
- Also, regularly towing a trailer significantly reduces the lifespan of the shaft bearings.
