Disadvantages of the Jatco RE0F05A gearbox
- Most transmission problems are related to the electromagnetic clutch;
- Most often, the CVT goes into limp-home mode and remains in second gear.
- Repairing an nCVT is expensive; it’s cheaper to replace it with a contract or hydromechanical transmission.
