Disadvantages of the Toyota AGA0F gearbox
- In the first years of production the automatic transmission was slow to shift between reverse and drive;
- Owners also often complained on forums about jerking during downshifts;
- But the 2018 and 2019 firmware updates fixed this and the gearbox no longer causes trouble;
- The main thing is to change the fluid regularly and the transmission will cover hundreds of thousands of kilometers;
- Keep the gearbox cooling system clean, as this greatly affects its service life.
