Disadvantages of the Toyota A960E gearbox
- This is a fairly reliable gearbox and does not have any design problems.
- If used too actively, the oil quickly becomes contaminated with wear products.
- And if the oil in the automatic transmission is not regularly updated, the solenoids will not last long.
- In particularly advanced cases, this dirt will simply corrode the channels in the valve body plate.
- Also, the service station periodically changes the wiring of the solenoids and the oil pump bushing.
