Disadvantages of the Toyota K115 gearbox
- Judging by the K114 analogue, the main problems are related to the short service life of the bearings.
- It is advisable to change the oil and filter more often; service stations recommend once every 20,000 km.
- Carefully monitor the cleanliness of the cooling system, this greatly affects the service life.
- A number of cases of replacing a CVT K115 at a mileage of 30,000 km are described on specialized forums.
