Disadvantages of the Toyota A750H gearbox
- This is a fairly rare gearbox, but it has no particular reliability problems;
- However, under aggressive driving its torque converter lockup clutch wears out quickly;
- This debris then clogs the valve body and jerking appears when shifting;
- And if you ignore it, the oil pump bushing is destroyed and leaks appear;
- It is also important to keep the cooling system clean, as this transmission dislikes overheating.
