Disadvantages of the GM 10L60 gearbox
- So far, the main complaints are related to jolts and jerks when shifting;
- A number of new firmware updates have already been released, and many of these issues have been resolved;
- The known issue with the CIDAS solenoid mount from the 10R60 has not yet been encountered;
- It’s also worth noting that this is a fairly rare automatic transmission, and finding a donor is very difficult.
