Disadvantages of the Jatco RE4F03A gearbox
- All problems with this automatic transmission are related to wear due to clogged solenoids;
- First, dirt from worn-out clutches spreads throughout the system;
- Then it settles in the solenoid valves and channels of the transmission’s hydraulic control unit;
- Then, due to oil starvation, the mechanical parts of the automatic transmission suffer.
